Fred Green, a longtime bail bondsman in Osage County, was arrested twice on felony charges last week, once for receiving stolen property and a second time for allegedly trying to intimidate the informant who tipped police off on the first crime. His second arrest was accompanied by three others, men who allegedly accompanied Green on a midnight mission to Pawnee County to snatch the informant, Billy Ray Jones, 50, of Skiatook, and his wife, Pamela Jones, 47, from a home near Cleveland.
